Chicoj Coffee Tour

Guatemala is one of the best coffee producers worldwide for its flavor and aroma; In Coban, the Chicoj coffee tour is a half-day activity that offers a tour through trails in the middle of the plantations and contact with producers belonging to the Mayan Q'eqchi ethnic group, so we know the different stages of cultivation and processing of coffee.
For those who love adventure, this activity offers a Canopy or zip line with a tour of 750 meters through the coffee plantations and across a small lagoon.
At the end of the tour we will see the different methods of extraction to enjoy the Coban type coffee.
The Tour includes: Transportation from your Hotel in Coban, Entrance fees, Guide, Canopy equipment and tasting at the end of the tour.
We have 2 organized departures during the day, the first one is at 9:00 a.m. and the second one at 2:00 p.m. For the group tour we require a minimum of 2 people.
